Moët Hennessy seeks a Senior Manager for HR Employee Engagement, Internal Communications & CSR in Tokyo, Japan.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to improve transparency, alignment, and organizational culture across the region
  • Craft and deliver clear, consistent messages reflecting company purpose and values through intranet, town halls, videos, and other channels
  • Ensure alignment of internal communication activities between global and local operations
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster connection and sense of belonging
  • Develop and manage employee recognition programs
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and focus groups to assess sentiment and identify improvement areas
  • Oversee general administration initiatives to enhance employee experience
  • Lead development and implementation of CSR initiatives including DE&I programs aligned with company values
  • Localize and execute CSR programs in collaboration with global and regional LVMH teams
  • Drive internal campaigns to boost awareness and participation in CSR initiatives
  • Track and report on CSR metrics and performance
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and execute communication strategies that drive workforce unity and collaboration
  • Manage content across multiple enterprise channels, ensuring engagement and alignment with communication goals
  • Plan, manage, and execute internal events including vendor coordination and logistics oversight
  • Manage internal communications during organizational change or crises with transparency and clarity
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to assigned team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in employee communications, corporate social responsibility, or related roles
  • Preferably worked within organizations with multiple regional offices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various communication platforms
  • Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese and English

Education
