Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes for Switzerland and Austria.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with GDPR; support the digitalisation of personnel files and data hygiene initiatives.
  • Assist the HR Business Partner (based in Vienna) with recruitment activities: drafting job descriptions, screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews and tracking progress.
  • Support recruitment events and employer‑branding activities such as career fairs and campus engagement.
  • Contribute to internal communications, employee handbook updates and coordination of employee events.
  • Support global HR projects and independently manage smaller projects or process‑improvement tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and German required; French is a strong advantage.
  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical HR experience.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands‑on approach to tasks and projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable liaising with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Ability to prioritise competing deadlines, adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Experience

Entry-level position; candidates with academic studies in HR or business and/or initial professional or internship experience in HR or talent acquisition are preferred.
