Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for interns, apprentices and VIEs: drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, coordinating screening and pre-screenings, and following up with candidates.
- Assist onboarding and offboarding for early‑career hires to ensure a structured and positive employee experience.
- Animate and engage the Emerging Talent community through integration sessions, events and local execution of LVMH group initiatives.
- Support Talent Management & Development activities: coordinate training logistics, track attendance and completion, contribute to learning-plan implementation and Rise/Career Compass communications.
- Contribute to transversal HR projects including internal communication, engagement initiatives, onboarding programmes and HR best‑practice research.
- Prepare presentations, reports and communication materials; maintain and update HR metrics, monthly reports and dashboards.
- Contribute to internal HR communications (newsletters, townhalls, community calls) and support analysis of engagement survey feedback.
- Provide HR generalist support to the Paris team: assist with HR invoices and cost tracking, event organisation, HRIS liaison and routine HR inquiries.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Business School or University) with a specialisation in Human Resources or a closely related field.
- Initial professional experience in HR (internships or similar placements) demonstrating exposure to recruitment, onboarding or L&D activities.
- Fluent written and spoken English (working language); proficiency in French is a strong plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel capabilities; comfortable producing reports and dashboards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, discretion handling confidential information, and a collaborative mindset.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
