Moët Hennessy Paris: 12-month HR Analyst apprenticeship supporting HR Controlling and Compensation Review processes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in budgetary processes by assisting in setting budget forecasts through thorough quantitative analysis of past and current trends
  • Monitor actual headcount and staff costs against allocated budgets on a monthly basis
  • Identify significant variances promptly and recommend or implement corrective actions
  • Prepare accurate regular reports on payroll mass, headcount, and related metrics to facilitate strategic decision-making
  • Perform ad hoc analyses as required by the HR department or management
  • Develop and update individual social reports annually in accordance with applicable French legislation
  • Ensure clear and confidential communication when delivering social reports to concerned employees

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Financial Controlling, or related discipline
  • Proven successful internship or apprenticeship experience
  • Meticulous and conscientious with demonstrated adaptability and commitment
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong team spirit and communication skills
  • Discretion and sense of confidentiality in handling sensitive HR data
  • Proficiency with HRIS and Payroll systems and associated query tools
  • Understanding of French social legislation and payroll rules
  • Professional level English proficiency
  • Advanced command of office tools, particularly Excel and SuccessFactors
