Moët Hennessy — HR Analyst (Apprenticeship) in Paris (7th arrondissement). 12-month apprenticeship from Sep 2026 supporting HR Controlling & compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support HR Controlling activities for the corporate scope, including participation in budget-setting and preparation of budget forecasts through quantitative analysis of historical and current trends.
- Monitor monthly headcount (HC) and staff costs against allocated budgets, promptly identifying and investigating material variances and proposing corrective actions.
- Prepare accurate recurring reports on payroll mass, headcount and related KPIs to inform HR leadership and management decision-making.
- Contribute to the Compensation Review Process by consolidating data, validating inputs and producing analytical deliverables required by management.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and data requests from the HR department or corporate management.
- Develop and update individual social reports for the MH SAS scope in compliance with applicable legislation and ensure confidential, clear communication of these reports to concerned employees.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Financial Controlling or equivalent.
- Prior successful internship or apprenticeship experience in HR, payroll, HR reporting or financial controlling.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling employee data.
- Meticulous, service-oriented with proven teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good understanding of social legislation and payroll rules.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience using SuccessFactors; comfortable working with HRIS payroll systems and query tools.

Experience
Entry-level (beginner) with prior internships or apprenticeships in human resources, payroll, HR reporting or financial controlling; demonstrable exposure to payroll processes, HRIS and basic HR analytics.
Education
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Financial Controlling, or a closely related discipline.
