Head of Technology at Moët Hennessy Singapore—lead APAC technology strategy, infrastructure, and innovation for the LVMH Group's luxury wines and spirits portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing regional technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence
- Define and drive the APAC technology roadmap in alignment with business priorities and global strategy, identifying emerging technologies for competitive advantage
- Oversee performance, scalability, and reliability of regional technology platforms and infrastructure, ensuring services meet agreed standards and operational requirements
- Establish governance practices supporting disciplined execution, ensuring compliance with technology policies, data governance requirements, and monitoring key operational metrics
- Manage stakeholder relationships with the Global CTO Office, host a Regional Technology Committee, and participate in the Group CTO community
- Oversee third-party vendor and partner relationships to ensure value, quality, and consistent service delivery
- Drive global and local disaster recovery plans and serve as an integral member of the regional cyber crisis response team
- Translate strategic objectives into practical regional execution plans with clear milestones, managing technology investments, budgets, and regional resource optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Technology, or Computer Science
- Industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP/PRINCE, or MCSE preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technology, infrastructure, or related leadership roles
- 3+ years of demonstrated team leadership experience with proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
- Strong experience managing technology projects and initiatives across multiple geographies
- Expertise in enterprise platforms, infrastructure, cloud services, digital technologies, and service delivery models

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in technology, infrastructure, or related leadership roles, with demonstrated expertise in managing technology projects and initiatives across multiple geographic markets. A minimum of 3 years of direct team leadership experience with a proven track record of building, developing, and mentoring high-performing technical teams is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Technology, or Computer Science. Industry certifications including ITIL, PMP/PRINCE, MCSE, or equivalent qualifications are highly advantageous.
