Role & Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L accountability for volume, net revenue, profitability, and market share across e-retail channels
  • Lead and negotiate Joint Business Plans and Annual Trade Terms with Amazon and key e-retail partners
  • Drive assortment, pricing, promotional strategy, and distribution via Vendor Central and equivalent platforms
  • Define and execute German e-retail channel strategy across Amazon and emerging digital commerce platforms
  • Develop annual business plans, growth roadmaps, and commercial strategies with data-driven insights
  • Own retail media strategy including Sponsored Ads, DSP, and AMC in partnership with Marketing teams
  • Maximize digital shelf performance through content optimization, SEO, search strategy, and brand store management
  • Lead, coach, and develop the e-retail team including Key Account and Activation Managers
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Represent Germany in EMEA and Global E-Business communities, leading best practice sharing

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of commercial experience in FMCG, luxury, or consumer goods
  • Proven hands-on Amazon and/or major e-retail key account management experience with Vendor Central expertise
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership at senior level with results-oriented track record
  • First people leadership experience with ability to coach and develop teams
  • Confident commercial negotiator with proficiency in trading terms and investment frameworks
  • Amazon Advertising fluency including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP, and AMC
  • Digital Shelf expertise in content, SEO, search, and brand store management
  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities with data-driven decision making
