Head of Demand & Supply Planning at Moët Hennessy in Singapore – lead regional supply chain transformation within LVMH.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end regional demand and supply planning strategy across APAC, ensuring optimal balance between service, inventory, agility, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee demand, supply, and inventory planning activities across the region (S&OP + S&OE), ensuring strong alignment between commercial priorities and operational capabilities
  • Drive close collaboration with Global Supply Chain counterparts and wineries to relay APAC needs and ensure adequate supply
  • Lead planning governance, supply risk management, allocation strategies, and scenario planning to support business continuity and operational resilience
  • Provide leadership oversight across planning activities supporting multiple business channels, including Global Travel Retail, Private Sales, and distributor/wholesaler models
  • Serve as trusted strategic partner to Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Global Supply Chain leadership
  • Champion the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) transformation journey, driving evolution toward integrated, data-driven, and collaborative planning models
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across S&OP and IBP processes to ensure integrated decision-making
  • Drive strategic transformation initiatives spanning process redesign, operating model evolution, and capability uplift
  • Champion automation, digitalisation, advanced analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams of planners, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Build future-ready organisational capabilities and drive leadership development and succession planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning, or end-to-end Supply Chain leadership roles within regional or global environments
  • Proven track record leading large-scale transformation, IBP implementation, or planning excellence initiatives within complex organisations
  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams within matrixed environments with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Deep understanding of integrated supply chain planning, inventory optimization, demand-supply balancing, and operational governance
