Moët Hennessy Head of Customer Marketing role in Taipei. Lead luxury brand customer marketing strategy and team across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Marketing team to deliver exceptional activations and establish CM as a strategic organizational capability
  • Build team capability across customer marketing disciplines including Joint Business Planning, agency management, KPI setting, retail media, visual merchandising, and omni-channel strategy
  • Develop channel-specific activation strategies and shape multi-year brand roadmaps with aligned investment strategy
  • Lead integrated cross-functional planning with Brand, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Drive market activations with channel partners across On-Trade and Off-Trade environments, delivering bespoke consumer initiatives and brand activities
  • Ensure brand compliance and luxury-in-trade standards; manage POSM, VAPs, and agency relationships
  • Manage BTL advertising and promotions budget with precise adherence and efficient resource utilization
  • Own the Customer Marketing operating system, including playbooks, RACI governance, and vendor frameworks
  • Track activation effectiveness through KPI measurement, ROI analysis, and market feedback; codify learnings into standardized playbooks for regional knowledge sharing

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in trade marketing, customer marketing, retail marketing, or category management within consumer industries
  • Demonstrated success executing activations across both On-Trade and Off-Trade environments
  • Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams in collaborative, growth-oriented settings
  • Strong commercial acumen with ROI-focused mindset and systems thinking capability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Industry experience in wines and spirits, luxury brands, or premium FMCG (preferred)
  • Deep appreciation for luxury brand codes and ability to protect positioning in trade environments (preferred)
  • Understanding of On-Trade channel dynamics, including venue partnerships and relationship-driven commercial models (preferred)
  • WSET certification or wine and spirits qualifications (preferred)
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Aspire, or Qlik Sense (preferred)

Experience

Tertiary education in marketing, business, or related discipline; WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) certification or equivalent wine and spirits qualifications highly valued.
