Moët Hennessy — Head of Customer Marketing in Hong Kong Island. Lead customer marketing across On‑ and Off‑Trade to drive activations, ROI and commercial growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement a scalable customer marketing capability that translates brand strategies into channel-specific activation plans across On‑Trade and Off‑Trade.
- Lead, coach and develop the Customer Marketing team; build competencies in JBP, agency management, retail media, visual merchandising and omni‑channel activation.
- Develop multi‑year activation roadmaps, channel calendars and A&P investment allocation aligned with brand and commercial priorities.
- Own execution excellence for BTL programs: manage POSM/VAPs, agency partners and luxury‑in‑trade standards across market activations.
- Measure activation performance through KPIs and ROI analysis, run post‑activation reviews and codify learnings into regional playbooks.
- Manage BTL A&P budget with full accountability for spend efficiency and commercial return; implement ROI evaluation frameworks.
- Own the Customer Marketing operating system (playbooks, RACI, vendor frameworks) and drive regional best practice sharing and governance.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Brand, Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure integrated planning and operational simplicity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' professional experience in trade/customer marketing, retail marketing or category management within consumer industries.
- Proven track record of planning and executing activations across both On‑Trade and Off‑Trade channels and delivering measurable commercial impact.
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and developing high‑performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with an ROI‑focused, systems thinking approach and budget accountability experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills; ability to influence across Brand and Sales.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local language(s) such as Cantonese preferred.
- Preferred: industry experience in wines & spirits, luxury or premium FMCG; WSET or equivalent wine & spirits qualifications.
- Preferred: experience with data analytics and commercial intelligence tools (Power BI, Aspire, Qlik Sense).

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA or master's degree preferred.
