Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary financial partner to Sales and Customer Marketing teams.
- Support commercial strategy development including portfolio choices, channel priorities, and investment decisions.
- Provide financial insight to influence pricing, promotions, and trade terms.
- Lead North Asia cluster financial governance of pricing, discounts, and trade investment.
- Evaluate commercial investments and enhance investment processes.
- Ensure alignment of tools, KPIs, and methodologies across local Commercial Finance teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Commercial Finance team.
Qualifications
- 12–15+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Category Finance roles.
- Proven track record in FMCG, wines & spirits, or other consumer sectors.
- Experience in multi-country or matrix environments preferred.
- Significant exposure to pricing, promotions, and P&L management.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, or Korean is advantageous.

Experience
12–15+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Category Finance roles, with a proven track record in FMCG, wines & spirits, or other consumer sectors.
