Role & Responsibilities

• Pilot strategy, architecture and operating models (Build & Run) for Advanced Apps platforms including Retool and Anaplan
• Define governance frameworks, security protocols, disaster recovery, CI/CD pipelines and cost sustainability for platform operations
• Guarantee clear separation between platform responsibility and business application ownership
• Anticipate and mitigate structural risks including technical debt, vendor lock-in and scalability constraints
• Drive the roadmap for machine learning, GenAI and agentic AI patterns across the organization
• Maintain MLOps and GenAIOps foundations including deployment, monitoring and model retraining
• Ensure Responsible AI compliance and security standards across all AI initiatives
• Design reusable AI patterns covering trust layers, agents and orchestration frameworks
• Serve as Trusted AI Advisor to business stakeholders at all levels
• Translate business challenges into actionable AI opportunities with assessment of feasibility, costs, risks and organizational impact
• Lead and develop senior technical teams comprising internal and external resources across France, Singapore and Morocco
• Establish clear strategic direction and sustainable scope while building team competencies
• Foster knowledge capitalization and eliminate single points of failure within the organization
• Animate and lead a community of practice around AI and application development
• Pilot partnerships with software vendors and research institutions
• Represent Moët Hennessy in LVMH-wide AI initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software, data and artificial intelligence
• Proven track record in technical leadership or platform governance within complex, decentralized and international organizations
• Solid exposure to enterprise platform governance and GenAI adoption strategies
• Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relationships at executive and COMEX levels

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in software, data and artificial intelligence, with a confirmed track record in technical leadership or platform governance within organizations characterized by complexity, decentralization and international scope. Candidates should demonstrate solid exposure to enterprise platform governance, AI and GenAI adoption, and proven capability to manage relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
