  • Lead and develop a senior internal and external technical team across France, Singapore, and Morocco.
  • Set direction and a sustainable scope, develop capabilities, codify knowledge, and reduce single points of failure.
  • Facilitate an AI and application-development community of practice.
  • Manage partnerships with software vendors and research institutes.
  • Represent Moët Hennessy in AI initiatives across LVMH.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in software, data, and AI.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical leadership or platform management within complex, decentralized, international organizations.
  • Strong exposure to enterprise platform governance, AI and generative AI adoption, and executive-level stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments, ideally GCP, application platforms, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Strong expertise in AI/ML, generative AI, and agentic AI patterns.
  • Proficiency in MLOps and GenAIOps concepts.
  • Good understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and data governance.
  • Ability to assess vendor platforms and manage lock-in risks.
  • Strong advisory and communication skills, including the ability to communicate with executive committees and translate complex technical subjects into business insights.
  • Strategic vision and ability to anticipate risks.
