Moët Hennessy seeks Head of AI & Advanced Applications in Paris. Lead AI platform strategy, governance, and executive advisory for a luxury goods conglomerate spanning EMEA, Americas, and Asia.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, architecture, and operational models for advanced application platforms including Retool and Anaplan, ensuring governance, security, disaster recovery, CI/CD automation, and cost optimization
  • Manage the AI platform roadmap covering machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI; establish and maintain MLOps/GenAIOps deployment and monitoring frameworks
  • Serve as Trusted AI Advisor to C-suite executives and senior leadership, translating business challenges into AI-relevant questions and providing counsel on relevance, feasibility, costs, risks, and organizational implications
  • Define and implement responsible AI governance frameworks, enterprise security standards, and measures to prevent uncontrolled AI experimentation and shadow AI deployment
  • Design and promote reusable AI models and architectural patterns, including trust layers, intelligent agents, and orchestration frameworks
  • Direct and develop a senior technical team comprising internal and external resources; define scope boundaries, ensure viable workload distribution, and drive knowledge capitalization to mitigate single points of failure
  • Establish and facilitate an AI community of practice across Moët Hennessy, fostering cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and organizational innovation
  • Represent Moët Hennessy within LVMH-wide AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with group strategy and contributing to best-practice dissemination across the broader organization
  • Manage key technology partnerships and research institute collaborations to accelerate innovation and access to cutting-edge capabilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software, data, and AI-related functions
  • Proven track record in senior technical leadership or platform management roles within complex, decentralized, and international organizations
  • Deep expertise in enterprise platform governance, AI and generative AI adoption, and senior stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated ability to define strategic AI direction and identify organizational AI opportunities while managing associated risks
  • Proficiency with advanced application platforms and AI/ML infrastructure (e.g., Retool, Anaplan, MLOps tooling)
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI principles, compliance frameworks, and ethical AI deployment
