Moët & Chandon seeks a Quality & Safety Coordinator for seasonal harvest operations in Champagne region. Fixed-term CDD role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and update hygiene protocols and documentation as required
- Track and distribute performance dashboards and HQSE metrics to relevant stakeholders
- Conduct field audits to verify compliance with health, quality, safety and environmental standards
- Investigate product quality deviations in collaboration with oenology team and maintain incident traceability records
- Execute specialized testing projects and quality assessments
- Ensure adherence to HQSE regulations across the pressing facility
- Alert facility management to observed deviations and prepare regular field reports on HQSE performance
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in agronomy, oenology, food science, laboratory science, or quality assurance
- Demonstrated familiarity with viticulture or significant winemaking industry experience
- Proficiency in data compilation and analysis
- Strong command of digital tools and office software
- Comprehensive knowledge of HQSE standards and regulatory frameworks
Skills
Experience
The candidate may be entry-level or early-career with a relevant academic background in agronomy, oenology, or food science. Practical knowledge of viticulture or the wine production sector is required or strongly preferred.
Education
Advanced degree or equivalent qualification in agronomy, oenology, food science, laboratory science, or quality assurance disciplines.
