Moët Hennessy – Global Talent Intern, Paris. Six-month internship supporting talent management and development initiatives across LVMH.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support LVMH Career Compass initiatives, development sessions and networking events, coordinating participant journeys, logistics, communications, materials and follow-up
- Support annual and mid-year RISE performance management campaigns by preparing communications, guidance materials, presentations and reporting
- Prepare presentations, dashboards and materials for talent rooms and support VIE and other global talent initiatives
- Animate the Moët Hennessy Talent Champions community, creating engaging toolkits and communications while contributing to benchmarking and sharing talent development best practices
- Maintain project plans, trackers, SharePoint resources and reporting; consolidate data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of talent management deliverables
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Management or a related field
- Strong interest in Talent Management, People Development, Organizational Development and Employee Experience
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot
- Fluent in English and French
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information

Experience
Beginner level; currently pursuing a Master's degree with demonstrated interest in talent management and people development.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology, Management or a related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
