Moët Hennessy Paris: Global Sourcing Owner IT. Strategic sourcing role managing IT procurement across 27 luxury wine and spirit maisons within LVMH.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging suppliers and assess threats and opportunities across IT and Intellectual Services categories
  • Develop, propose, and implement global purchasing strategies for assigned categories across the entire Moët Hennessy scope
  • Autonomously manage end-to-end purchasing processes for new products and services while ensuring strict adherence to procurement procedures
  • Conduct negotiations with suppliers on a recurring basis, continuously identifying and overseeing cost reduction initiatives with internal stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain optimal supplier relationships through a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach and contractual frameworks
  • Monitor and achieve financial, quality, and timing objectives for assigned product and service portfolios
  • Act as primary business partner to the Group Information System department, promoting purchasing activities and participating in major IT projects
  • Monitor budgets, manage supplier activity, and ensure achievement of expected results
  • Track innovation developments and technological trends within assigned categories through proactive market surveillance
  • Manage Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities and oversee corporate social responsibility (CSR) objectives with suppliers
  • Participate actively in cross-functional Moët Hennessy Purchasing Community initiatives and LVMH Group coordination efforts
  • Communicate significant changes in supplier markets to the broader Purchasing Community and provide strategic recommendations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of successful purchasing experience, with previous IT procurement expertise required
  • Knowledge of the wines, spirits, and luxury goods sector is highly valued
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Strong negotiating and stakeholder management capabilities at international level
  • Strategic vision with demonstrated anticipation and planning skills
