Moët Hennessy hiring Global Sourcing Owner IT in Paris to lead strategic purchasing for IT and Intellectual Services across luxury wine and spirits group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed market analyses identifying threats, opportunities, and new local or international suppliers within IT and Intellectual Services categories
  • Develop and implement comprehensive world purchasing strategy for assigned categories across all Moët Hennessy entities
  • Monitor economic and technological developments within IT services markets to anticipate emerging trends and innovations
  • Analyze portfolio requirements across MH entities and propose tailored purchasing strategies with ongoing optimization
  • Conduct autonomous end-to-end purchasing processes for new products and services while ensuring adherence to group procedures
  • Execute autonomous negotiations for recurring products and services, identifying and overseeing cost reduction initiatives
  • Establish contractual frameworks with key suppliers using a Total Cost of Ownership approach
  • Manage supplier relationships independently, monitoring achievement of financial, quality, and timing objectives
  • Track portfolio activity and implement necessary corrective actions to achieve expected results
  • Monitor budgets and oversee supplier performance metrics across assigned categories
  • Ensure SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) excellence and achievement of CSR objectives for all key suppliers
  • Serve as primary liaison with Group Information Systems department, promoting purchasing activities and participating in major IT projects
  • Participate actively in Moët Hennessy Purchasing Community, contributing to transversal initiatives and cross-functional coordination

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven procurement and purchasing experience
  • Prior experience in IT purchasing mandatory
  • Knowledge of wines and spirits sector preferred
  • Fluent English proficiency
