Moët Hennessy seeks Global Reward Manager in Paris to lead compensation strategy, benefits design, and reward advisory across the division.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in Moët Hennessy's annual ICR compensation cycle, supporting data preparation, campaign kickoff, simulations, bonus calculations, and proposal submission
  • Coordinate salary survey participation for Moët Hennessy division; exploit market data and conduct competitive benchmarking
  • Update and maintain job mapping and job levelling frameworks across the division
  • Lead pay transparency deployment and implementation initiatives in Europe and globally
  • Develop attractive and market-aligned compensation packages for Moët Hennessy's Corporate office teams
  • Lead annual compensation review processes and bonus computation for Corporate office teams in collaboration with HR business partners and managers
  • Support the design of innovative, impactful benefits programs that enhance employee wellbeing and experience across the division
  • Manage employee benefits programs for Corporate office teams while ensuring consistency and equity
  • Act as key advisor and business partner to compensation and benefits professionals, HR business partners, and HR leadership across the Moët Hennessy network
  • Support the development and deployment of strategic projects including incentive schemes, benefits programs, job levelling, and internal mobility initiatives
  • Participate in HR transformation initiatives leveraging technology and new working models to drive operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in compensation, rewards, and benefits from multinational organizations or HR consulting firms
  • Experience in international mobility management preferred
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities with ability to assess proposals and challenge constructively
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • Proficiency with AI-powered tools and demonstrated data-driven mindset
  • Project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong listening abilities
  • Professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential matters
  • Collaborative team player who proactively identifies and implements solutions
  • Fluent English speaker
