Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Moët Hennessy's strategy on international trade, taxation, and market access; anticipate emerging risks and opportunities arising from tariffs, trade disputes, non-tariff barriers, and taxation initiatives
  • Develop and execute advocacy strategies supporting global priorities; shape company positions on trade, taxation, and market access issues; lead engagement with governments, regulators, international organizations, and EU institutions
  • Lead engagement on free trade agreements and strategic trade negotiations; identify opportunities arising from evolving trade frameworks; support commercial teams in maximizing the value of trade agreements and regulatory changes
  • Lead engagement on excise duties, alcohol taxation, and fiscal policies; monitor taxation trends and legislative developments affecting wines and spirits; develop evidence-based advocacy positions on fiscal issues
  • Serve as internal reference point on trade, taxation, and market access; build awareness and expertise across Public Affairs, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain and regional teams; foster close collaboration across the organization and LVMH on international trade and geopolitics

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in public affairs, international trade, taxation, government relations, market access, regulatory affairs, or related fields
  • Deep understanding of international trade policy, WTO frameworks, EU and bilateral trade negotiations, and market access issues
  • Strong knowledge of excise taxation and alcohol-related fiscal policies
  • Demonstrated success influencing policy outcomes and managing complex stakeholder environments
  • Proven experience advising senior business leaders on strategic matters

Education

Advanced degree in international relations, law, economics, public policy, business administration, or related field preferred.
