Moët Hennessy — Paris: Global IT Sourcing Manager (CDI) to lead IT procurement, supplier strategy and SRM for the Maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global purchasing strategy for assigned IT categories across all Moët Hennessy entities, ensuring alignment with the MH Purchasing Department.
  • Act as the primary market and category referent for the purchasing community, internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Identify, qualify and develop local and international suppliers through detailed market analysis, innovation scouting and supplier discovery.
  • Negotiate contracts and supplier agreements autonomously for recurring IT products and services, implementing a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach.
  • Manage supplier relationships and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities, ensuring suppliers meet financial, quality and delivery targets and CSR objectives.
  • Monitor portfolio budgets, drive cost reduction plans in partnership with internal customers (notably Group Information Systems) and report on performance against KPIs.
  • Implement end-to-end purchasing processes for new IT products/services and ensure compliance with purchasing procedures and contractual frameworks.
  • Participate actively in the MH Purchasing Community and LVMH group coordination, contributing to transversal initiatives and global IT projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in purchasing, with demonstrable experience in IT procurement (required).
  • Proven track record of contract negotiation and supplier management at an international level.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).
  • Customer- and results-oriented mindset with strong business acumen and strategic vision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functional and international stakeholders.
  • Project management and leadership skills; capacity to prioritise and to drive transversal projects.
  • High level of autonomy, rigor and professional integrity.
  • Knowledge of the wines & spirits sector is a plus.

Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Information Systems or a related field; a Master's degree or equivalent professional certifications in procurement/supply chain is preferred.
