Moët Hennessy internship: Global Events & Experiences Office Manager Assistant in Paris, 6-month full-time position supporting back-office event coordination and operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support cross-departmental project coordination and tracking of timelines, key milestones, deliverables, and priorities across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Create, update, and consolidate departmental documentation including presentations, summary reports, tracking dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting materials
  • Centralize, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, processes, and service activities to ensure information accuracy and accessibility
  • Structure, maintain, and optimize back-office management tools including planning schedules, budgets, dashboards, and operational processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, deadlines, and Moët Hennessy quality standards throughout all activities
  • Facilitate team alignment around departmental priorities, timelines, and strategic objectives through clear communication and organized documentation
  • Contribute continuous improvement recommendations to enhance departmental workflows, tools, and overall operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in French and English (written and oral)
  • Strong understanding of corporate environments and headquarters department operations
  • Excellent cross-functional coordination and multi-project management capabilities

Experience
