Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross‑departmental activity for the Events & Experiences team: monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables and priorities without owning on‑site operations.
  • Maintain and update project retro‑planning, trackers and central filing to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Create, structure and consolidate departmental materials: executive presentations, summary documents, dashboards, follow‑up tables and reporting packs for management.
  • Manage administrative, budgetary and logistical processes: track budgets and expenses, consolidate financial tables, coordinate quotes, invoices and payment follow‑up.
  • Support inventory and logistical needs (samples, stock, equipment, suppliers) and contribute to budget closings, reporting cycles and projections.
  • Structure, optimise and maintain the service’s governance tools (plannings, budgets, dashboards, processes) and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications

  • Very good written and spoken French and English.
  • Currently enrolled in or seeking an apprenticeship linked to a bachelor’s or master’s programme in events management, business administration, communications or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills, rigor and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of corporate headquarters environments and experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Proven capability in administrative and budgetary follow‑up, including invoice coordination and basic financial reporting.
  • High level of discretion, reliability and respect for confidentiality; proactive, autonomous and service‑oriented demeanour.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, diplomacy and facilitation skills aligned with Moët Hennessy values (epicurism, elegance, integrity, sharing, spirit of conquest).

Experience

Entry‑level / apprenticeship: candidates should be students or recent graduates with internship or first professional experience (typically 0–2 years) in corporate events, project coordination, office management or a related support function, and comfortable operating in an international, matrixed corporate environment.

Education

Enrolled in or candidate for a bachelor’s or master’s programme in events management, business administration, communications, hospitality or a related field (apprenticeship status required).
