The Global Consumer and Social Insights Intern supports international projects spanning brand health tracking, communications testing, social listening and social insights. Working with the Global Consumer Insights Manager and Global Head of Social Intelligence, the intern partners with Hennessy, Moët & Chandon and Glenmorangie on research, social KPI measurement and analysis. This is a six-month, full-time internship in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend suitable research approaches and manage projects related to brand strategy and activations, working closely with Insights teams in key markets.
- Collaborate with Maisons and markets to support measurement of social KPIs.
- Promote the use of social and search insights among Maison and market teams.
- Analyze data and trends from consumer studies, social listening, market insights and trending topics to identify key learnings and future opportunities for Moët Hennessy brands.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Knowledge of or interest in the wines and spirits industry and luxury sector.
- Six months of internship, apprenticeship or equivalent experience, preferably in Consumer and Social Insights.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive meaningful insights from rich data sets.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Interest in social media platforms beyond Meta and X.
- Basic understanding of social listening (Boolean Language) and search data (mind map).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
