Moët Hennessy seeks a Financial Analyst, Southeast Asia, reporting to the Head of FP&A and supporting financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, systems, and management presentations. This is a full-time contract position; the role also supports the FP&A team in providing financial information to company directors and shareholders.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform Southeast Asia financial reporting, including monthly key financials, variance analysis, revenue analysis files, and A&P analysis files.
- Prepare monthly A&P tracking files for each market, coordinate with brand and customer marketing teams on year-to-go forecasts in the rolling forecast, and lead monthly presentations to the Finance Director and Marketing Director.
- Prepare monthly overhead reports for each market.
- Act as the Controlling Key User in SAP and Topaz, updating templates after OTL changes.
- Liaise with maisons, the region, and the consolidation team, ensuring smooth communication and advising on potential impacts and solutions.
- Adopt new systems, transfer knowledge within the team, and identify opportunities for automation, including in Power BI, ANAPLAN, and Qliksense.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management presentation materials.
- Prepare ad hoc presentations and analysis templates for business and review purposes.
- Manage or support new projects beyond recurring activities.
- Assist the FP&A team with financial reporting and provide financial information to company directors and shareholders.
Qualifications
- Strong motivation for the role.
- Strong Excel skills, including complex formulas and VBA, and willingness to learn new tools such as AI and Copilot.
- Strong financial knowledge and data analysis capability.
- Structured thinking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, plan, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to balance assertiveness with good interpersonal relationships.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a financial function.
