Moët Hennessy is seeking a Financial Analyst, Southeast Asia, reporting to the Head of FP&A. The role supports regional financial reporting, forecasting, management presentations, systems maintenance and process improvement, with a stated full-time, temporary arrangement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform Southeast Asia financial reporting, including preparing monthly key financials, variance analyses, revenue analysis files and A&P analysis files.
- Prepare monthly A&P tracking files for each market; coordinate with brand and customer marketing teams to forecast year-to-go (YTG) figures in the rolling forecast; and lead monthly presentations to the Finance Director and Marketing Director.
- Prepare monthly overhead reports for each market.
- Serve as the Controlling Key User in SAP and Topaz, and update templates following OTL changes.
- Liaise with maisons, regional teams and the consolidation team to ensure smooth communication, and advise on potential impacts and solutions.
- Adopt new systems, transfer knowledge within the team, and identify opportunities for automation, including with PowerBI, ANAPLAN and Qliksense.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management presentation materials.
- Prepare ad hoc presentations and analysis templates for business and review purposes.
- Manage or support new projects beyond recurring activities.
- Support the FP&A team with financial reporting and provide financial information to company directors and shareholders.
