Moët Hennessy Finance Intern in Singapore – 6-month hybrid internship supporting FP&A, forecasting, and financial reporting across Asia-Pacific operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining Profit Variance (PV) templates to support regional financial analysis and variance reporting
- Support forecasting cycles by loading, validating, and reconciling financial data in systems such as Anaplan
- Perform cost monitoring and tracking for Advertising & Promotion (A&P) expenditure and generate variance reports
- Create and maintain reporting templates for A&P, capital expenditure (CAPEX), and e-Business initiatives
- Extract financial data and support the preparation of weekly sales reports for the Private account segment
- Perform cost monitoring, ROI analysis, and accrual reviews for Advertising & Promotion activities
- Support the creation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs) during forecasting cycles
- Prepare Monthly Financial Review presentation decks for Asia-Pacific regional market meetings
- Assist in extracting and consolidating financial data from multiple systems and templates
- Perform data quality assurance reviews, including completeness, accuracy, and consistency checks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with financial modelling concepts and spreadsheet-based analysis
- Understanding of financial reporting processes and P&L structures

Experience
Beginner-level finance experience; undergraduate student with coursework or foundational knowledge in financial analysis, accounting, or business operations.
Education
Currently pursuing or holding an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
