Finance Intern role at Moët Hennessy Singapore—6-month internship in Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Credit operations with SAP exposure.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Treasury operations, including banking and payment portal administration and Know Your Customer (KYC) updates
- Assist in preparing Statements of Account (SOA) and support daily cash application by matching receipts to invoices
- Perform basic checks on customer balances to identify overdue accounts and maintain collection follow-up trackers
- Extract data from systems and templates, perform basic data validation checks, and support preparation of Accounts Receivable aging reports
- Assist in maintaining accurate bank account records and documentation for credit notes, refunds, and adjustments
- Support routine internal coordination with Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
- Follow standard operating procedures, ensure task accuracy and timeliness, and escalate exceptions or uncertainties to supervising Accountant
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions closely
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with spreadsheet applications
- Willingness to learn enterprise systems and financial processes

Beginner level; no prior finance or accounting experience required. Candidates should demonstrate eagerness to gain practical insights into luxury industry operations and financial business processes.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed tertiary education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
