Moët Hennessy Singapore seeks a Finance Intern (6-month, hybrid) to support AR, treasury and credit operations, starting June 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support treasury administration including banking and payment portal approvals, KYC updates and bank liaison activities.
- Assist accounts receivable activities: prepare Statements of Account, support daily cash application and maintain AR trackers and schedules.
- Provide credit control and collection assistance by performing basic customer balance checks, maintaining follow-up trackers and compiling documentation for sales order release requests.
- Extract and prepare data for AR aging reports and simple summaries; perform basic data quality checks for completeness, formatting and consistency.
- Deliver routine coordination and administrative support: liaise with internal teams (Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain), prepare meeting materials and organise documentation for audit and reference.
- Follow standard operating procedures and complete assigned tasks under supervision; escalate exceptions and seek guidance where required.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a closely related field.
- Available for a full-time, 6-month internship (five days per week) beginning June 2026 and able to work in Singapore.
- Strong attention to detail, high numerical literacy and a methodical approach to data preparation and reconciliation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
- Commitment to follow defined SOPs and work under close supervision while learning operational processes.

Experience
Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Academic exposure to accounting or finance principles is expected; previous internships or part‑time roles in finance operations are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
