Moët Hennessy seeks a Field Marketing Manager for Hennessy, based remotely in the Charleston metro area, to localise brand programmes and lead market execution across South Carolina, North Carolina and Louisiana. The permanent, full-time role includes frequent in-market travel, including to North Carolina and Louisiana, and pays $79,000–$99,000 annually plus bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Adapt national brand strategies into locally relevant programmes across South Carolina, North Carolina and Louisiana, in partnership with the Field Marketing Director SGWS East, to drive brand equity and commercial results.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key accounts, particularly on-premise accounts, cultural organisations, community leaders, influencers and trade advocates to strengthen Hennessy's presence and credibility in Louisiana.
  • Use cultural fluency and local market insights to identify authentic opportunities, cultural moments and consumer connections that increase brand relevance.
  • Plan, execute and analyse activations, including preparing recaps.
  • Manage the A&P budget with the regional Director, including annual planning, spend tracking, coding, invoice reconciliation and accrual management.
  • Programme flagship events in North Carolina and Louisiana with the Field Marketing Director, including associated travel.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, trade partners and local influencers to drive long-term brand growth.
  • Serve as the key connector between Brand, Commercial and Distributor teams, ensuring effective localisation and execution of brand priorities.
  • Lead local market planning, distributor engagement, Maison visit coordination and POSM execution.
  • Communicate market opportunities, risks, consumer insights, competitive dynamics and local needs to Brand teams.
  • Champion luxury execution standards, safeguarding brand equity while advocating for market-specific opportunities.
  • Drive integrated 360° programming across key accounts, cultural moments and community partnerships to elevate Hennessy's visibility, influence and connection with diverse consumer communities.
  • Travel frequently by car for account visits, POSM transport and essential business needs; driving is an essential function of the role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in field marketing, trade marketing, brand marketing, sales or a related commercial role, preferably in wine and spirits, luxury goods or hospitality.
  • Strong business or marketing experience, preferably in the wines and spirits industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with trade, customers, distributors and the sommelier community.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with the polish and confidence to represent a luxury brand in high-profile environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including budget awareness, an ROI mindset and understanding of market performance drivers.
  • Highly collaborative, organised and comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Strong cultural fluency and the ability to build programmes that resonate across diverse communities, engage authentically, build trust and translate local insights into relevant programming.
  • Understanding of the on-premise landscape and ability to work closely with on-premise teams to build relevance and advocacy for Hennessy.
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record; eligibility for a company vehicle is subject to a satisfactory driving record and completion of the company's approval process.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • External applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Experience
