Moët Hennessy — Paris: Experience & CRM Apprentice (apprenticeship) supporting MH Private events and CRM operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Private Clients Experience Manager EMEA across MH Private initiatives and day‑to‑day assignments.
  • Contribute to event conceptualization for flagship moments (e.g., Goodwood, Vendanges, Formula 1 Grand Prix) in collaboration with Private Client Directors and the central MH Private EMEA team.
  • Organise and execute client events at MH Private Apartment, Maisons in Champagne or Cognac, and external venues — manage vendors, budgets, logistics, invitations and scheduling.
  • Coordinate and deliver client experiences (lunches, dinners, cocktails) initiated by PCDs to ensure flawless execution and brand standards.
  • Operate and administrate the CRM tool Engage: support order processing linked to Private Client Managers/Directors and maintain database hygiene.
  • Assist deployment of client consent and compliance campaigns and support internal engagement across the MH Private EMEA community via the internal messaging channels.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to support business management and reporting for EMEA activities.

Qualifications

  • Currently eligible for a French contrat d'alternance (apprenticeship) starting September 2026.
  • At least one relevant professional experience or internship in luxury client services; hospitality or concierge experience is a strong plus.
  • Genuine interest in luxury goods, fine gastronomy and experiential hospitality.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with professional polish.
  • Highly organized, proactive, adaptable and solutions‑oriented with strong attention to detail.

Experience

Enrolment in a recognised apprenticeship programme (Bac+2 to Bac+5 or equivalent) in marketing, hospitality/events management, luxury management or a related discipline.
