Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level executive support to the CEO of Moët Hennessy North America, including calendar and inbox management, prioritization of meetings and correspondence, and telephone handling.
- Manage complex travel arrangements and detailed itineraries; prepare and process travel and expense (T&E) reports as required.
- Act as PMO for the CEO and leadership team: set agendas, run leadership meeting logistics, take and distribute meeting notes, track action items and follow‑ups, and coordinate offsites.
- Lead and coordinate special projects from initiation to completion, serving as a central point of contact across departments and with external partners and distributors.
- Prepare presentations and spreadsheets, prioritize meeting materials, and produce concise briefing notes and executive summaries.
- Organize meetings and company events (e.g., town halls); support key internal communications moments and ensure consistent messaging across stakeholders.
- Handle highly confidential company and personal information with discretion and professional integrity.
- Use proprietary systems and productivity tools (including AI assistants) to optimize workflows, streamline communications, and enhance executive effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of progressive executive support experience, preferably supporting C‑level executives.
- Proven experience in project coordination or PMO activities, including running leadership meetings and tracking deliverables.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and in preparing executive‑level presentations and financial spreadsheets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, high volumes of communication, and detailed travel logistics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and absolute discretion handling confidential matters.
- Ability to work on‑site in New York and to travel as required.

Experience
Minimum 5 years supporting senior executives or in senior executive assistant/PMO roles; experience within luxury goods, consumer goods, or a complex corporate environment is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
