Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and own the UK e‑retail activation calendar across marketplaces and e‑grocery, aligning local activations with global brand campaigns and commercial trading calendars.
- Manage creation, distribution and optimisation of all retailer-facing content (product titles, descriptions, imagery, Enhanced Content/A+), ensuring strict brand consistency and premium storytelling.
- Design and implement measurement frameworks and KPIs for e‑retail content, retail media and activation campaigns; analyse performance and deliver actionable recommendations demonstrating ROI.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholder engagement between brand marketing, media, sales (e‑Key Account Managers) and external retail partners to secure timely, on‑brand assets for promotional activity.
- Lead relationships with external creative and activation agencies to produce retailer‑specific assets that meet technical specifications and commercial objectives.
- Champion adoption and best practice use of PIM and DAM systems in the local market, ensuring asset governance and ease of retailer deployment.
- Optimise brand visibility and conversion through on‑site and off‑site retail media activations, content sequencing and digital trade tactics.
- Share learnings and best practices across MHUK and with global e‑retail colleagues; participate in pilots and initiatives to advance organisational capability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing content, digital marketing or retail media for brands or brand portfolios, preferably within premium or luxury categories.
- Proven ability to translate brand storytelling and visual design into high‑performing e‑commerce assets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working in matrixed organisations and with commercial account teams.
- Advanced analytical aptitude with experience defining KPIs, interpreting campaign data and optimising based on insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable briefing agencies and presenting performance to senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment.

Minimum 5 years' professional experience in content management, digital marketing or retail media roles for consumer brands, ideally within a premium or luxury environment and with demonstrable success driving e‑retail performance.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, E‑commerce or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
