Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and produce on‑brand visual assets and templates for internal communications, including town halls, leadership presentations, campaigns and employee events.
  • Translate HR and business content into clear, user‑centred materials (slides, guides, toolkits) to improve comprehension and usability across the region.
  • Support video and motion‑graphics production for executive communications and strategic initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Contribute creative concepts and design deliverables for employee engagement campaigns (e.g. DE&I activities), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and enhance the APAC SharePoint intranet (UX and content) by updating layouts, improving information architecture and adapting assets for different channels (SharePoint, Viva Engage).
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to manage timelines, quality and brand consistency across digital and print materials.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' professional experience in graphic design, UX/UI, visual communications or a related discipline; candidates with 1–3 years including relevant internships may be considered if supported by a strong portfolio.
  • A portfolio demonstrating solid design fundamentals, visual storytelling and proficiency across digital formats (presentations, layouts, digital campaigns).
  • Proven experience or strong familiarity with SharePoint design/layout and intranet content management is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment.

Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction or a related field; demonstrable portfolio may substitute for formal qualifications.
