Role & Responsibilities
- Define and refine national and regional pricing and promotion strategies aligned to brand premiumization, elasticity analysis and competitive positioning.
- Own distributor pricing data and the company pricing tool, ensuring data integrity, standardized calendars, and timely dissemination of price changes and new‑item pricing.
- Lead trade spend planning, build ROI frameworks for promotions, and partner with Sales and Finance to monitor and optimize trade investment budgets.
- Develop and scale dashboards, scorecards and models using syndicated (IRI, Nielsen, VIP), POS and shipment data to generate actionable commercial insights.
- Drive price increase processes, manage pricing alignment with distributor partners, and present pricing guidelines and grids to internal and external stakeholders.
- Elevate RGM capabilities by building, coaching and leading a high‑performing team; educate internal stakeholders on RGM principles to raise commercial acumen.
- Continuously improve RGM tool functionality, provide training to users, and conduct post‑event analyses to inform future trade reinvestment decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, commercial strategy or related roles in CPG or beverage alcohol industries, including 5+ years managing teams.
- Deep knowledge of the U.S. three‑tier system and distributor/retailer dynamics within wine & spirits.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities with demonstrable experience in pricing strategy and trade optimization.
- Proficiency with BI and pricing platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Anaplan) and experience consuming syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, VIP) and TPM/TPO systems.
- Proven record of leading cross‑functional initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders, and strong storytelling, presentation and change management skills.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
