Role & Responsibilities

  • Localize and adapt national brand programming to meet the needs of local markets, accounts and distributors.
  • Design and execute high‑impact local activations (brand events, influencer and community partnerships, trade activations) that balance short‑term sales with long‑term brand equity.
  • Manage A&P budgets for assigned brands: identify gaps, assess risks, determine ROI and make investment recommendations to state/market leadership.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Brand Teams and Commercial Sales, communicating upstream market needs and downstream execution plans, tools and collateral.
  • Analyze depletion and sell‑through data to inform activation strategy, identify new account opportunities and anticipate competitive activity.
  • Oversee distributor relationships, POSM implementation, allocation and forecasting for VAP and rarities, and prepare/present at distributor planning meetings and GSMs.
  • Champion luxury execution and brand guardianship in the market; elevate distributor, trade and internal stakeholder engagement.
  • Prospect and recruit new business across channels (on‑, off‑ and non‑premise) and manage multi‑channel local campaigns (e.g., seasonal or cultural 360 programs).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced business education preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum 10 years of trade marketing, field marketing or creative marketing experience within wines & spirits, consumer packaged goods or retail.
  • Proven commercial and strategic orientation with demonstrable sales or marketing success at a regional level.
  • Deep familiarity with luxury goods, brand guidelines and high‑touch event execution.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 156,000 to USD 195,000 per annum.
