Moët Hennessy seeks a Director of Field Marketing in Miami, FL to drive Champagne & Sparkling brand strategy. $134K–$168K + bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Localizes and adapts brand programming to meet regional market needs, distributor requirements, and account-specific objectives
- Manages brand programming activities, analyzes ROI metrics to inform future activations, and develops comprehensive local activity recaps
- Identifies market opportunities aligned with assigned brands and generates innovative, high-impact local programming ideas in collaboration with Brand Teams and Market Sales teams
- Manages A&P budget allocation, identifies gaps and opportunities, determines program ROI, and makes recommendations to market leadership for strategic alignment
- Serves as liaison between Brand Teams and Sales Teams to drive both sales achievement and long-term brand equity development
- Analyzes depletion and sell-through data to understand market dynamics deeply and inform strategic business decisions
- Prospects for new business opportunities across all channels—on-premise, off-premise, and non-premise—and builds relationships with key customers and local influencers
- Manages distributor relationships and Commercial Sales logistics for Winemaker and Maison visits to ensure optimal product availability and market representation
- Coordinates with Market Directors on VAP (Vins d'Appellation Premium) and Rarities forecasting and allocation processes
- Represents the brands across the region, traveling regularly to assist local teams with activations, training, program sell-in, and Winemaker/Maison visits
- Leads key consumer and trade activations, including wine dinners and experiential programming, in conjunction with local market teams
- Acts as guardian of brand integrity and market advocate, elevating all stakeholders—distributors, trade partners, and internal teams—to ensure luxury execution standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or MBA Degree and/or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum 10 years of trade marketing or creative marketing experience in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries
- Strong business and commercial strategy expertise with demonstrated sales or marketing background
- Deep knowledge of MHUSA portfolio, brand guidelines, and customer/consumer expectations
- Proven ability to create meaningful partnerships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
- Experience working with luxury goods and high-end events
- Strong analytical and commercial skills with proficiency in data analysis and ROI assessment
- Highly refined organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience
10+ years of trade marketing or creative marketing experience in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries, combined with strong business and commercial strategy expertise. Candidate should demonstrate both strategic orientation with sales experience or commercial orientation with marketing experience, along with field marketing, planning, communications, and influencing capabilities. Proven track record of managing luxury goods marketing and events.
Education
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience may substitute for formal education.
