Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year commercial analytics roadmap that aligns with growth, margin and profitability objectives; drive the evolution from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Lead, hire and develop a high-performing analytics organization including analysts and product managers focused on commercial outcomes and sales maximization.
- Serve as primary liaison between commercial stakeholders and technical teams (data science, engineering) to translate business requirements into scalable analytical products.
- Design, validate and deploy predictive models for Revenue Growth Management (pricing, elasticity, promotion effectiveness), commercial P&L forecasting and distributor performance optimization.
- Build executive-ready dashboards, automated reporting and KPI frameworks across sales performance, trade spend, mix, pricing, distribution and commercial P&L.
- Establish modeling governance and standards to ensure scalability, transparency, fairness and ongoing performance monitoring of analytics assets.
- Own data governance and quality for commercial systems; define standards for distributor and trade data, ensure data integrity and security.
- Drive automation by improving data pipelines, system integrations and by owning the commercial analytics technology ecosystem (BI platforms, cloud environments).
- Create scenario and simulation capabilities to inform strategic decisions and quantify trade-off implications for pricing, promotions and trade ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive analytics leadership experience within the U.S. wines and spirits industry.
- Deep, hands-on experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and trade-driven commercial models.
- Proven track record modernizing reporting environments and deploying predictive analytics into production in a commercial organization.
- Experience operating within distributor-based sales models and managing distributor performance KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale and lead cross-functional analytics teams and to influence executive leadership.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis is required.

Ten or more years of progressive analytics leadership within the U.S. wines & spirits sector, with demonstrable expertise in RGM, distributor-based sales models, modernizing reporting environments and deploying predictive analytics to drive commercial outcomes.
Education
