Cloudy Bay, Auckland: Digital Marketing Specialist VIE (24-month fixed-term contract). Early-career role supporting content, brand, and digital marketing programs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of the Maison content plan, coordinating briefs, timelines, stakeholders and deliverables across teams and agencies
  • Champion the content workflow from requirements gathering and briefing through to production, approval, asset delivery and market rollout
  • Lead Brand Home social planning, execution and monthly reporting, ensuring content is current and aligned to brand priorities
  • Manage agreed owned social channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube
  • Coordinate content shoots, including logistics, agency and internal stakeholder liaison, production schedules, required outputs and final deliverables
  • Own the day-to-day asset management process, ensuring assets are uploaded, correctly named, tagged, organised and easy for market stakeholders to find
  • Support regular communication of content, campaign and asset updates across the business, including market newsletters and internal communication platforms
  • Support global media campaign implementation and performance reporting, preparing reports, dashboards, insights, presentations and campaign administration

Qualifications

  • Business, marketing, communications or related university degree
  • Early-career marketing experience or relevant internship experience, ideally with exposure to content coordination, social media, digital marketing, reporting, project coordination or brand marketing
  • Interest in community management, owned media optimisation and digital media fundamentals
  • Strong organisation, project coordination, attention to detail, collaboration and communication skills
  • Confidence working with data, reporting, insights and presentations
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
