Moët Hennessy seeks a Digital and E‑Retail Intern in London to support e‑retail content, CRM campaigns and creative design to drive conversion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, optimise and maintain product content (pack shots, descriptions) and PDPs across major e‑retail channels including Amazon, e‑grocery and specialist e‑retailers to improve engagement and sales.
- Create on‑brand creative assets and banners for e‑retail activations and manage Amazon A+ Content and Brand Stores updates.
- Monitor, report and continuously optimise listings and merchandising using data insights; support identification of new e‑retail growth opportunities.
- Coordinate CRM email campaigns from brief through execution with CRM agencies, manage approvals and proofing, and maintain an up‑to‑date CRM calendar.
- Compile campaign performance into monthly and quarterly reports and contribute to CRM strategy, testing and data‑acquisition initiatives.
- Produce marketing graphic assets using Photoshop and other design tools to support e‑retail and CRM initiatives.
- Develop and maintain harmonised team calendars and reports; support cross‑functional projects, knowledge sharing and competitor monitoring.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a closely related discipline.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, e‑commerce and brand building with a proactive, curious mindset.
- Highly organised with strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Creative sensibility and basic graphic design aptitude; portfolio or examples of relevant coursework an advantage.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Entry‑level / internship: no prior professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate academic exposure or practical interest in digital marketing, e‑commerce or CRM and be prepared to learn quickly in a hands‑on environment.
