Moët Hennessy seeks a Demand Planner (VIE) in Panama City, Panama for a 12‑month assignment to support IBP/S&OP and sales forecasting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the sales forecast process for the LAC market, improving current tools (OTB) and producing multiple forecast scenarios that integrate market inputs and distributor purchasing plans.
- Perform statistical analysis of historical sales, stock levels, depletion and market trends to increase forecast accuracy and inform supply decisions.
- Support the implementation and rollout of IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and S&OP methodologies across local and regional stakeholders.
- Maintain visibility of the active portfolio by distributor and market, communicating phase‑ins/phase‑outs and other customer‑impacting changes in a timely manner.
- Drive frequent alignment meetings with Maison / central supply planning teams and participate in LAC demand reviews and other cross‑functional forecast/supply forums.
Qualifications
- Eligible for the V.I.E program: French or European citizen; aged 18–28 at application and able to start before the 29th birthday; clean criminal record; in good standing with national service obligations; able to commit full‑time for the assignment and accept the Business France letter of appointment.
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Management or a related quantitative discipline.
- Fluency in English required; Spanish and/or French strongly preferred.
- Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail.

Entry‑level / beginner. The role is suited to recent graduates or early‑career candidates with academic or internship experience in supply chain, forecasting, data analysis or related fields; prior exposure to S&OP/IBP projects is advantageous.
