LVMH Moët Hennessy Demand Planner position in Munich, Germany—lead supply chain forecasting and optimization for luxury wines and spirits across Central Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate demand forecasting and develop predictive models to optimize supply planning
- Manage on-time supply operations and coordinate inventory levels across Central European markets
- Oversee product portfolio management and lifecycle planning to ensure market alignment
- Prepare performance reports and conduct data-driven analysis of supply chain metrics
- Contribute to strategic supply chain projects and process optimization initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, business controlling, and central supply communities to align forecasting with business objectives
- Challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement within the supply chain environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in demand planning within a dynamic supply chain environment
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities with proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven track record of driving measurable results and championing continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency with SAP and Business Intelligence tools
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- German language proficiency highly appreciated
