Moët Hennessy Brazil seeks a Demand & Supply Planning Volunteer (V.I.E) in São Paulo to support IBP implementation and demand planning optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the sales forecasting process for Moët Hennessy Brazil by analyzing historical data, stock levels, depletion, and market trends to improve forecast quality and decision-making
- Ensure data consistency across different systems (local ERP, Maestro forecasting tool, SAP APO SNP, etc.) and track and resolve discrepancies
- Actively support the management of vintage transitions and product allocations
- Drive continuous improvement of tools and processes supporting demand planning
- Contribute to expanding demand planning scope to cover 100% of the portfolio
- Support upcoming system transitions (SAP implementation, Maestro supply module) and ensure no disruption to Supply Chain performance
- Participate in regular communication and meetings with Maison and Central supply planning teams to review demand and supply
- Support the Importation & Demand Planning Manager in implementing the S&OP process and meeting cadence in Moët Hennessy Brazil
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams to define appropriate meeting formats and required analysis
- Prepare meeting materials and leverage available tools (IBP, Power BI reports) to streamline and automate the S&OP process
- Support successful IBP implementation through data analysis and validation
- Explore and leverage new IBP capabilities, including statistical forecasting, SFA root cause analysis, and demand review and S&OP dashboards
- Contribute to the monthly review of slow-moving and obsolete stock and monitor progress of action plans
- Design and implement a Supply Chain control tower dashboard for Moët Hennessy Brazil to monitor key Supply Chain KPIs
- Prepare and update the dashboard on a monthly basis and contribute to its continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering with specialization in Supply Chain or Data analytics
- Fluency in English (required); Portuguese, French, or Spanish (strong advantages)
- 2–3 years of internship and work experience in Supply Chain (demand planning, distribution planning, logistics) or Information systems or Data analytics
- Experience in Wine & Spirits industry is a plus
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced functionalities), Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, or Visual Basic is a plus
- Strong synthesis and analytical capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Autonomous, organized, and rigorous approach to work

Skills
Experience
2–3 years of internships and work experience in Supply Chain (demand planning, distribution planning, logistics) or Information systems or Data analytics. Experience in the Wine & Spirits industry is a plus.
Education
Master's degree in Engineering with specialization in Supply Chain or Data analytics
