Moët Hennessy seeks a Data Protection & Privacy Apprentice in Paris (7th arrondissement) — 12-month apprenticeship starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Data Protection Officer of the Wines & Spirits branch in ensuring compliance with applicable data protection regulations, notably the GDPR.
- Conduct privacy compliance reviews for new projects (Privacy by Design questionnaires, DPIAs), draft recommendations and information notices.
- Coordinate implementation of remediation and deployment plans with operational teams (Digital, CRM, HR), proposing alternative solutions when necessary.
- Perform regular verifications of websites and other data collection points for compliance (information notices, cookie management).
- Maintain and review records of processing activities for quality and completeness.
- Revise internal procedures and policies in consultation with stakeholders across the Wines & Spirits branch.
- Develop and update training materials and contribute to delivery of training sessions.
- Animate the network of Compliance, Ethics & Data Protection correspondents: organise quarterly committees, thematic workshops and online forums.
- Organise and maintain documentation evidencing compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a top business or engineering school, or in a Master’s level (M2 / Bac+5) in Law with a specialization in data protection.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional language proficiency is a strong plus.
- Strong drafting skills and excellent verbal communication.
- Analytical rigour, curiosity, adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
- High degree of confidentiality and discretion.

Entry-level / beginner: suitable for a student on an apprenticeship programme; relevant internships or prior exposure to privacy or compliance topics are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolment in a grande école (business or engineering) or a Master 2 (Bac+5) in Law with a specialization in Data Protection.
