Role & Responsibilities

• Facilitate change management by creating how-to guides, supporting training sessions, and organizing sharing sessions to accelerate Finance community adoption of data tools
• Collect and incorporate feedback on data needs to improve user experience and support continuous enhancement of existing dashboards
• Ensure data reliability and governance by collecting, cleaning, and preparing data from multiple sources for analysis and AI applications
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for financial data tools and processes to facilitate knowledge retention and long-term value delivery
• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards, including leaver/mover access monitoring and data refresh job scheduler issue tracking
• Manage data access controls to ensure compliance with security and governance requirements

Qualifications

• Master's degree student in Engineering, Business School with Finance major, project management, data management, or computer science
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities with experience in data manipulation
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Power BI, SQL, or other business intelligence tools
• Excellent written and organizational skills with effective communication abilities
• Native or fluent French; professional working proficiency in English
• Team player mentality with curiosity and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, international environment

Skills

Experience

Beginner-level experience; currently pursuing advanced studies in finance, engineering, business school, or data-related disciplines. No prior professional experience required.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Engineering, Business School (with Finance major), project management, data management, or computer science.
