Moët Hennessy | Paris — Data Analyst Intern (Travel Retail): support BI, Power BI & Anaplan reporting and consolidation for Global Travel Retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Business Controller and the Travel Retail Central Finance Team in business intelligence, data management, consolidation and reporting.
- Maintain and update data systems (Power BI, Anaplan): assist with data integration, mapping updates and reconciliation to ensure high-quality financial inputs.
- Extract, transform and visualise financial data to deliver analytical insights and clear dashboards for Finance, Marketing, Sales and Top Management.
- Assist month-end close activities and analysis (monthly sell-in, sell-out, P&L, MMF) and contribute to reporting cycles (Budget, LE1, LE2, R&O, Actuals).
- Provide ad-hoc analyses for senior management (business reviews, customer and product analysis) and act as a point of contact for business users and external Power BI consultants.
- Organise trainings for key users, liaise with IT/system teams to troubleshoot issues, and propose best-practice recommendations and technology watch updates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; demonstrable experience with Power BI and Anaplan is required.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
- Effective communicator able to present insights to cross-functional stakeholders and support training for key users.

Entry-level / internship: candidates should be currently studying and bring practical experience from academic projects, internships or prior trainee roles in data reporting, business intelligence or financial analysis, with hands-on use of Power BI and Excel; prior exposure to Anaplan is required.
Education
Currently enrolled in a university-level program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
