Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process for Austria, Germany and Switzerland: customer calls, EDI ordering in SAP, ASPIRE (Sales Force), multi-delivery orders, invoicing, credits and promotional orders.
- Provide responsive customer support and resolution through clear, professional communication and structured problem-solving; handle returns and claims.
- Proactively track orders and deliveries, communicate deviations or delays to internal and external stakeholders, and follow up to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Perform error analysis and corrective actions involving logistics partners, MHIS helpdesk, EDI processes and IDOC clarifications; unblock orders and resolve invoicing issues.
- Coordinate closely with Sales teams and billing partners to ensure accurate and complete communication across functions.
- Contribute to customer-service-related projects and testing, and support monthly stock reconciliation with the logistics partner in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager.
- Deliver telephone-based customer care and maintain accurate records using MS Office, Zoom and Sales Force tools.
Qualifications
- Commercial apprenticeship and/or degree focusing on sales, logistics or administration.
- Minimum five years' professional experience in customer service, order management or a comparable role.
- Fluent in French, German and English (spoken and written).
- Strong organisational aptitude with a structured, solution-oriented approach and resilience under time pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident presence and proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience
At least 5 years of experience in customer service or order management, preferably within distribution, logistics or a B2B/B2C commercial environment and with exposure to SAP and EDI processes.
Education
Commercial apprenticeship and/or tertiary studies with a focus on sales, logistics or administration.
