Moët Hennessy seeks a Customer Service Specialist in Amsterdam, Netherlands to manage order processing, logistics coordination, and POSM inventory for the wines & spirits sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders accurately and on time, verifying stock availability and SKU codes
- Confirm delivery dates, order composition and quantities with customers and sales representatives
- Coordinate shipments with transport partners, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders
- Communicate proactively regarding delays, delivery issues or discrepancies
- Register, investigate and process customer claims promptly
- Escalate complex issues to Sales Managers when required
- Consolidate monthly POSM orders and maintain master tracking sheets
- Track POSM inventory received and update records, flagging any discrepancies
- Manage POSM requests from field teams and customers
- Monitor POSM stock levels and alert Marketing when thresholds are breached
- Compile brand accolades (Parker Points, Wine Spectator ratings) for customer and trade partner communication
- Gather finished goods and POSM information from relevant teams
- Ensure timely completion of logistic data for new products including SAP pricing, GS1 compliance, and key account documentation
- Liaise with facility management and service providers regarding office operations
- Support company events and welcome visitors as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service, order management or supply chain support
- Experience in FMCG, wines & spirits or logistics
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
