Role & Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and on schedule, verifying stock availability and SKU codes
  • Confirm delivery dates, order composition, and quantities with customers and sales representatives
  • Coordinate shipments with transport partners, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate proactively regarding delays, delivery issues, or discrepancies
  • Escalate complex issues to Sales Managers as needed
  • Register, investigate, and resolve customer claims promptly
  • Consolidate monthly POSM orders and maintain comprehensive tracking sheets
  • Track received point-of-sale materials and update records, flagging any discrepancies
  • Monitor POSM stock levels and alert Marketing when inventory falls below threshold
  • Compile accolades and awards communications for each brand (Parker Points, Wine Spectator, etc.)
  • Share brand accolades and certifications with customers and trade partners
  • Gather finished goods and POSM information from relevant departments
  • Ensure timely completion of logistic data for new products (SAP price updates, GS1 compliance, documentation)
  • Provide office support including liaison with facility management and coordination of basic repairs
  • Manage office supplies and support company events

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain support
  • Experience in FMCG, wines and spirits, or logistics sectors preferred
  • Reliable, collaborative, and service-oriented professional
  • Strong customer service mindset with proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Structured and organised approach to work management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems knowledge preferred
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
