Moët Hennessy is hiring a Customer Service and Logistics Transformation PMO in Paris on a permanent, full-time basis. The role coordinates strategic transformation across EMEA Customer Service and Logistics, establishing common standards, governance, processes, data and reporting while driving cross-functional programmes and adoption.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy and maintain common logistics and customer service operational standards across markets and distribution centres, including transport routes and lead times, receiving hours and warehouse calendars, order cut-off times, holiday calendars, best-before date management, traceability and scanning, logistics master data, service levels, customer specifications and master data, EDI standards and integration, stock preservation and allocation, order management, customer onboarding, and customer communications and escalations.
  • Lead process harmonisation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain the Customer Service and Logistics transformation roadmap; define priorities, milestones, deliverables and dependencies; monitor progress and risks; lead mitigation plans and escalations; coordinate activities across markets, regions and central functions; and ensure programme objectives are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Lead the deployment and adoption of supply chain transformation initiatives, including the Orbit project for order automation and eB2B customer portal implementation, Customer Care transformation projects, logistics network improvement projects and service-level improvement programmes.
  • For transformation initiatives, align stakeholders, establish programme governance, plan deployments, manage change, track benefits and prepare executive reporting.
  • Partner with Central Data and Analytics teams to define data ownership, establish Customer Service and Logistics KPIs, build EMEA reporting standards, support BI dashboard development, improve data quality and consistency, define reporting governance and ensure transformation performance indicators are available. Examples include OTIF, Fulfilment Rate, Logistics Service Levels, Order Automation Rate, EDI Adoption Rate, productivity metrics, and inventory and stock availability indicators.
  • Prepare Steering Committees and governance forums; coordinate cross-functional decision-making; facilitate alignment between markets, regions and corporate teams; manage relationships with 3PL providers and external partners; ensure transparency on programme status, risks and achievements; and develop executive communications and management presentations.
  • Build and maintain process repositories; develop standard operating procedures (SOPs); document business rules and governance models; maintain transformation archives and historical records; capture lessons learned and best practices; and ensure continuity and knowledge transfer across teams.
  • Support organisational readiness; coordinate training plans; develop communication materials; promote adoption of new ways of working; track adoption KPIs and corrective actions; and support local teams during deployment and stabilisation.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics or transformation programmes; the role also specifies a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Previous experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience working in international and matrix organisations.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Logistics processes.
  • Experience collaborating with external logistics providers and technology partners.
  • Fluent in English; French desirable.
